Luckily for this business, when you searching “Pressure Washing Central Connecticut,” the website still ranks on the first page of results. This is very important, even if the GBP was suspended. It means the website is still reachable.

When the GBP is not suspended, we recommend several tips to ensure that your business is ranking in the Top 3 results on Google. First, we recommend that you optimize and take advantage of Google Guaranteed Ads. These are different than the normal service ads because Google Guaranteed Ads are based off of calls compared to clicks. Either way, we recommend investing in BOTH pay-per click and guaranteed ads. We will discuss Google Ads in more depth in the 3rd section of this blog.

As mentioned before, some customers will skip through these ads and go straight to Google Map Results. This being said, it is important for your company to rank in the Top 3 Results. You can achieve this by having an active Google My Business profile and website.

To achieve an active Google My Business Profile, we recommend posting weekly updates, responding to reviews, uploading pictures and videos, and staying present online. For the Website, we recommend using as many keywords and backlinks as possible to increase your domain authority. We will explain this further in the website audit section.

Website Audit

When auditing a website, the primary focus is on content. It is important to include aspects like services, benefits, value propositions and call to action buttons.

When we conducted the audit for “Center Connecticut Pressure Washing,” their website had positive and negative aspects. The website overall was decent but missed some of the basic necessary aspects that make all the difference in website ranking and traffic.

We used multiple SEO tools to analyze the website and pick out the details needed to rank higher on Google Searches.

We first looked at Ubersuggests. This looks at four main aspects; Back linking, Domain Authority, Organic keywords, and Organic Monthly traffic. When we conducted this test on the Pressure Washing website, most of their numbers were low in ranking. For instance, their domain authority was was an 8, organic keywords was 22, organic monthly traffic was 4 and their backlinks were 192.

From our Google Analysis above, we know that the company’s website is ranking on the first page of google. With such low numbers, this ultimately tells us that potential customers are now scrolling on the first page of results or they are only looking at the Google Maps results. The first and more crucial thing for this Pressure Washing Company is to get their GBP back up and ranked in the Top 3 results.

These scores also tell us that the website needs more keywords and back linking. The more of these aspects a website has, the more their domain authority will increase. This then tells Google to rank them higher on searches.

For instance, if you were to look at the Ubersuggest statistics for Momentum Digital, we have over 3,000 organic results, 15,000 keywords, over 10,000 backlinks and a domain authority of 58.  This puts our results in the top .1% of our industry, thus pushing us higher on search results.

Another SEO tool used in the website audit for Pressure Washing Businesses was the Met SEO inspector. This gives us insights on the keywords in the title, header tags, image size, and internal/external linking. The CT Pressure Washing company had a good description and links but needed to fix mobile view issues, add more diverse header tags and add image tags.
