Our friend Alex Sherack, inventor of the Spurrito, came all the way from Sydney, Australia to bring us this half spring roll, half burrito masterpiece that is sure to make you a believer.

Alex says he got the inspiration for the PaperMill Food Truck from his Korean upbringing and love of Asian influences and flavors. First they take two rice papers that have been imported from Vietnam, then they load it with fresh herbs, rice noodles, and add your choice of lemon grass chicken, Korean barbecued beef, or even marinated tofu. You can top it off with some homemade peanut sauce or spice it up with some Sriracha to give that perfect balance of sweet and savory.
