How to Ask Customers for Google Reviews

You NEED to Ask Customers for Google Reviews ... here's why!

In this blog, we’ll cover How to Ask Customers for Google Reviews that will make a huge difference in your Local SEO Rankings and Customer Acquisition.

Ask Customers for Google Reviews

Most of our clients see a lot of local growth due to their Google Profile rankings, and getting more Google Reviews. In 2025, Google reviews aren’t just nice-to-haves: they’re essential. When someone’s searching for a plumber, a café, or a yoga studio, they used to click a website, but today, they check the ratings. Then they scroll, read a few comments and check out your services or pricing. And just like that, a decision is made.

It doesn’t matter if you’re running a local bakery or a growing consulting firm; people trust reviews more than ads. These short blurbs from strangers carry serious weight by boosting your visibility, building trust, and quietly nudging potential customers closer to choosing you.

Asking for reviews can be a bit awkward. Sometimes I struggle with it myself. But DONT be shy! You might be thinking, “What if they feel pressured?” or “Is now the right time?” Don’t worry, lots of other business owners feel the same way.

With the right timing, tone, and tools …. asking doesn’t have to feel like a favor. It can be smooth, confident, and effortless.

In this guide, you’ll get clear, simple strategies (and real scripts) to make review requests part of your everyday flow.

No cringing, no second-guessing. So, here’s how to Ask Customers for Google Reviews!

Why Google Reviews Matter?

Before taking action, 72% of customers want to read reviews about your business. That shows just how important Google reviews are for people to make decisions. Whether someone is searching for a local restaurant, contractor, or dental clinic, those little stars (plus the comments and the stories behind them) have a big impact on your business’s future.

Here’s why they matter more than ever:

  • Boosts local SEO and Google visibility
  • Increases chances of showing up in the “Local Pack” (top 3 map listings)
  • Builds trust at first glance (stars speak louder than ads)
  • Influences buying decisions
  • Improves CTR on search results
  • Highlights your reputation with fresh, authentic feedback
  • Helps Google understand your business through review keywords
  • Gives social proof
    • Customers trust other customers more than marketing
  • Encourages repeat business and referrals

Google’s algorithm is putting more focus on the quality and freshness of reviews. So having recent, detailed reviews can really pack more punch than just piling up a big number of them.

Try asking 3+ current or previous customers for a Google Review every week. The consistency matters.

Best Practices for Asking Customers for Reviews

Every week I ask at least one current customer for a Google Review or Testimonial. I simply share out link with them. Here it is (leave me a good review if reading lol).

Here’s how to find yours:

  1. Go to your Google Business Profile
  2. Sign in
  3. On your profile dashboard click “ask for reviews”
  4. Share the link or QR code

Not sure how to ask without it feeling awkward? It’s all about timing, tone, and making it easy. Here are some tips to keep in mind:

  • Optimal Timing
    • After positive customer experience or transaction
  • Personalized Approach
    • Personal touch with product/service and customer’s name
  • Simple Request
    • Simple request with Google review link and brief thank-you
  • Polite Tone
    • Polite, no-pressure tone as a favor for small business
  • Team Preparation
    • Team training with role-play and scripts
  • Policy Compliance
    • Compliance with Google’s no-fake, no-gated, no-reward review policies

The Goal: Make it easy and natural, like asking for a high-five after a job well done!

Tools and Strategies to Simplify the Process

To succeed at anything, you need a strategy and a smart plan — and that means having the right tools. Asking for customer reviews on Google is no exception. Here are some useful tips:

  • Polished Google Profile
    • Fresh hours, clear service details, awesome photos for a stellar first impression. GBP Management can help a lot.
  • Handy Review Tools
    • Platforms like Podium or Birdeye for auto-requests, tracking, and gentle follow-ups (no spam!)
  • Quick Review Link
    • Google’s free custom link, shareable via email, text, or socials
  • Smart Auto-Follow-Ups
    • CRM or email automation for review nudges a day or two post-service
  • Careful Incentives
    • No discounts or freebies (Google doesn’t like it!). Public thank-yous or story shoutouts instead
  • Routine Requests
    • Review asks as natural as receipts or thank-yous, part of the daily flow

IMPORTANT TIP

Learn how to guard yourself from bad reviews using reputation management marketing. If you’re nervous that an automated approach or a mad customer will leave a bad review, then we have a software to safeguard and prevent that, simply by giving people the option to only post the review on Google or Yelp if it’s a positive one!

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Mistakes happen. Even from me. And some of them are more common.

Bad Timing

  • Requests only after service completion and customer happiness
  • No repeat asks for the same purchase

Generic Vibes

  • Warm, personal messages
  • Specific mention of their experience whenever possible

Brushing Off Bad Feedback

  • Response to every review, good or bad
  • Ignoring bad ones can hurt your reputation more than the review itself

Breaking Google’s Rules

  • No incentives, no fake reviews, no “only-if-it’s-5-stars” requests
  • Risk of Google removing reviews or penalizing the profile

No Follow-Up

  • One reminder is okay
  • Spaced-out, kind follow-up for best results

Keep it honest, helpful, and human, and you’ll be on the right track.

How to Respond to Reviews (Positive and Negative)

We’re all social creatures. We love getting a response. Something real, not a generic, robotic text. So expect more reviews when customers feel happy.

Tips on Responding to Positive Reviews

  • Say thank you, always
  • Use their name if possible
  • Reinforce your appreciation and invite them back
  • Keep it personal and not overly templated

Tips on Responding to Negative Reviews

  • Respond within 24–48 hours
  • Stay calm and professional, even if the review feels unfair
  • Acknowledge their concern, and try to move the conversation offline
  • Never argue or get defensive publicly

Why it matters

  • Builds trust with future customers
  • Shows you value feedback, both good and bad
  • Helps turn a frustrated customer into a loyal one

A simple, thoughtful reply can go a long way, sometimes even more than the review itself. So be human, be kind, be thoughtful.

10 Best Practices for Online Reviews and Reputation Management

graphic with mobile phone

Online reviews and reputation management go hand in hand when it comes to running a successful small business. In today’s digital landscape, a single Google review can influence customers more than an entire marketing campaign. In fact, 98% of consumers have read online reviews for local businesses within the past year.

This means review management isn’t optional – it’s essential. Just one negative review, if left unanswered or handled poorly, can cause lasting damage to your business’s reputation and credibility.

Of course, managing feedback – especially the negative kind – can be tricky. What should you say? How quickly should you respond? And how do you defend your business without sounding defensive?

That’s where effective online reviews and reputation management practices come in. In this post, we’ll walk through proven strategies your small business can use to respond with confidence, protect your brand, and even turn challenging feedback into opportunities for growth.

10 Best Practices for Managing Online Reviews

Did you know that more than 55% of people won’t consider a business below 4 stars? As if you needed more motivation to provide excellent service!

Happy customers are usually willing to share their experience, given the right nudge at the right time. Send a quick, friendly follow-up email or text with a direct review link to your Google Business Profile. Bonus points if you personalize the message.

Google Business Profile request reviews screen showing a shareable review link with options to send via Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, and email, illustrating best practices for online reviews and reputation management.

2. Respond to EVERY Review, Good and Bad

When a customer takes the time to leave positive feedback, acknowledging them with a genuine “thank you” not only shows appreciation but also strengthens loyalty and trust. Even a short response like, “We loved helping you with your [service] – come back soon!” can make a lasting impression.

Replying to positive reviews is also a smart SEO move. By naturally including keywords about your services in your responses, you reinforce what your business offers and increase visibility in local searches. For example, if you’re a med spa, instead of simply saying “Thanks,” you might reply with: “We’re so glad you enjoyed your facial treatment at our spa – our team loves helping clients feel refreshed and rejuvenated.”

3. Don’t Get Defensive with Negative Reviews

Negative reviews can feel personal, but how you respond plays a major role in reputation management. Firing back defensively will only make things worse, while a professional, empathetic reply shows that your business values feedback and takes customer concerns seriously.

The best approach is to acknowledge the issue, apologize when appropriate, and invite the customer to continue the conversation privately. This not only helps de-escalate the situation but also demonstrates to potential customers that your business is committed to service and resolution.

For example, instead of a defensive comment, try something like:
“We’re sorry to hear your [service] experience didn’t meet expectations. Please reach out to us at [contact info] so we can make it right.”

Handled correctly, even a negative review becomes an opportunity to highlight customer service, improve your reputation, and strengthen trust with future clients searching online.

4. Never Confirm Customer Identity

In certain industries – especially healthcare, legal, and financial services – privacy laws and professional standards add another layer of responsibility to online reviews and reputation management. Responding in a way that reveals a customer’s personal information or specific circumstances can put your business at legal risk and erode trust.

Even if a reviewer chooses to identify themselves and share details of their experience, your response should remain general and respectful. Avoid confirming or denying that they are a client or patient, and never include details about their case, treatment, or financial matters. Instead, use broad, professional language that shows empathy and directs the conversation offline.

For example, if a patient leaves a review about a medical visit, avoid saying:
“Yes, when you came in for your appointment last Tuesday…”

Instead, keep it general:
“Thank you for your feedback. We take patient care seriously and would be happy to discuss your concerns further. Please contact our office directly at [contact info].”

This approach not only keeps your business HIPAA- and compliance-safe but also demonstrates professionalism.

5. Flag Fake or Inappropriate Reviews (But Don’t Overdo It)

Fake or inappropriate reviews are an unfortunate reality of online reviews and reputation management. In fact, a 2023 BrightLocal survey found that over 40% of consumers have come across at least one fake review in the past year. These can come from competitors, bots, or individuals who were never actual customers.

If a review is clearly fake, reveals personal information, or includes offensive content, flag it through the platform’s reporting tools (such as Google Business Profile’s “Report a Review”). Provide supporting documentation if needed, but avoid overusing this feature – mass-flagging every negative review can harm your credibility and even raise red flags with search engines.

When removal isn’t guaranteed, respond professionally and publicly. A neutral reply such as, “We’re unable to verify this experience, but we welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns directly at [contact info],” shows integrity and commitment to customer service – helping protect your reputation even in the face of false feedback.

6. Keep Your Tone Human

Templates are helpful, but don’t let your replies sound robotic. Show a little personality and individuality by being warm, respectful, and on-brand. People notice when there’s a human behind the keyboard!

7. Monitor Reviews Across All Platforms

Of course, Google reviews are essential, but they’re not the only place customers are sharing their experiences. A strong online reputation management strategy means keeping an eye on every platform where your business is visible. Yelp, Facebook, and TripAdvisor are major players, but don’t overlook industry-specific sites like Healthgrades for healthcare, Avvo for legal services, Angie’s List (Angi) for home services, or OpenTable for restaurants.

To stay on top of this, use tools like Google Alerts or reputation management software like GatherUp (recently brought in as as Momentum Digital service offering!) to monitor mentions of your business. Encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews on different platforms also spreads your reputation more evenly, boosting visibility in search results and reducing the impact of any single negative review.

8. Use Reviews as Marketing Fuel

Customer reviews don’t just live on Google or Yelp – they can (and should) become a powerful part of your broader marketing strategy. Repurposing your best reviews across your website, social media, and email campaigns provides authentic social proof that builds trust and encourages new customers to take action.

For example, you might feature glowing testimonials on your homepage or service pages to reassure visitors right where they’re making decisions. On social media, reviews can be turned into eye-catching graphics or short video clips, giving your content an extra layer of credibility. In email campaigns, including a real customer quote alongside a promotion or service highlight reinforces your message and adds a personal touch.

Just be sure to ask for permission before sharing reviews in marketing materials, and when possible, include keywords about your services in how you present them.

9. Train Your Team Regularly

Responding to reviews shouldn’t fall to just anyone on your team without preparation. To protect your brand and maintain consistency, it’s important to create clear guidelines and train team members on how to handle feedback. Everyone involved should understand your brand voice, the proper tone for both positive and negative reviews, and the legal or compliance boundaries specific to your industry.

A helpful approach is to develop a response playbook that outlines best practices: when to thank customers, how to acknowledge concerns without sounding defensive, and when to escalate issues to management. Include example responses for common scenarios so team members feel confident and consistent in their replies.

10. Track Feedback Trends Internally

Reviews aren’t just a scoreboard for your business – they’re a built-in feedback loop. If you notice the same complaint surfacing again and again, that’s a clear signal something needs attention. Instead of dismissing repetitive comments, treat them as valuable insights. Think of your reviews as a free focus group pointing out areas where your business can improve.

Addressing these recurring issues doesn’t just resolve customer frustrations; it can actually strengthen your operations and service delivery. For example, if customers consistently mention long wait times, that’s an opportunity to reevaluate scheduling or communication processes.

Better yet, use common questions or concerns as inspiration for an FAQ section on your website, social media posts, or even email campaigns. This not only shows that you’re listening but also helps reduce future confusion by proactively addressing customer needs -turning criticism into content that benefits your entire audience.

Considerations for Your Reputation Management Strategy

Deciding on a reputation strategy starts with understanding the legal framework of your industry. Different types of regulations dictate how and what you can say in response to public reviews, especially when personal data or sensitive information is involved.

These include:

  • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act),
  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation),
  • Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA).

Let’s go through some of the most important regulations involved in managing online reviews, starting with CRFA.

Graphic on blue backgroun

CRFA (Consumer Review Fairness Act)

CRFA prohibits companies from including contract language that restricts a consumer’s right to post honest reviews. That means you can’t prevent or punish customers for negative (or even unflattering but honest) feedback.

HIPAA/GDPR compliance

In healthcare, it’s never acceptable to acknowledge a patient’s identity or condition, even if they share it themselves in a review. In the EU, GDPR ensures that any data processing (including review responses) respects privacy rights. Responses should avoid sharing or implying any personal information.

Google & Yelp Policies

Each platform has its own rules for acceptable content. These cover everything from fake reviews and conflicts of interest to hate speech and spam. Brands should flag any reviews that violate these policies, but avoid over-reporting as a knee-jerk reaction to criticism.

Tip: Always train your reputation management team on these key regulations and platform-specific rules. Legal missteps in a review response can escalate quickly (and publicly.)

A Final Word

When it comes to online reviews, the stakes are high and the public is always watching. But now you know that with the right tools, policies, and people in place, you can successfully manage your online reviews and stay ahead of the problems.

Whether it’s a glowing five-star shoutout or a tough critique, every review is a chance to shape how your business is perceived!

How to Get More Google Reviews

In 7 Easy Steps Learn How to Get More Google Reviews!

Learn how to get more Google reviews and rank higher on Google by following these steps!

1. Setup and Optimize your GMB Profile

In order to get more Google Reviews, you will need to set up and optimize all aspects of your GMB (Google My Business) profile, including:

  • Business Category
  • Detailed Business Description
  • List of Services and/or products
  • Publish Posts
  • Upload photos and logos
  • Add virtual tours, etc.
  • Reply to messages and Reviews

Manage all these aspects on your GMB profile to optimize for reviews and post as often as you can. This is crucial to your overall Local SEO efforts, not just Google reviews!

2. Use Your Custom Google Review Link

Each Google My Business Profile is provided with a review custom link you can share.

  • Copy the link and add it to your email signature.
  • Text the Review Link to customers.
  • Send the link via email.
  • Use your GMB review link in automated email follow ups and reminders.

Share with customers an easy-to-access link where they can provide feedback directly on GMB, so your profile can get more Google reviews and rank better.

Here is an example GMB link using Momentum Digital Google Review Link = https://g.page/r/Cfq5Yiu19womEAg/review

Custom Google Review Link

3. Ask EVERY single customer

Having a QR code on your counter top or promoting the link on social media will not be enough to get more Google reviews.

You need to ask every SINGLE visitor and/or costumer for a review. Specially if your are providing quality services and products that often get good feedback.

This will be key in ultimately having plenty of reviews to outrank and outsell competitors.

4. Use Automated Follow-Up & Reminder Campaigns

Setup text automated message and email campaigns. Some tools include:

This way, you can remind customers to drop a Review over a specific amount of time after their visit or purchase.

Some customers will gladly leave you a five-star review on the sport after making a purchase, but some will prefer testing the product or service before leaving feedback.

5. Add the Link in Your Receipts

Use your custom Google Review Link in Your Receipts.

You can do so by programming the QR with the link to be printed out along with your logo or at the bottom of the item list.

If sending email receipts, include a clear Call To Action to drop your business a Google Review along with their proof of purchase.

6. Promote on Social Media

If you have a loyal and trustworthy fan base of customers then you should share your review link in posts and stories and make it easy for them to write a review.

But, don’t feel discouraged to share your Google Review Link even if you have a small following.

Here are some ideas for sharing your customer review link on Social Media to get more Google reviews:

  • Create posts that include the link on the text for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Medium.
  • Add Review Link for GMB on your Instagram profile link in the bio.
  • Promote custom links on Instagram and Facebook Stories directing viewers to the GMB review link.
  • Ask friends and family to share links on their social media profiles
  • Share the link often and include it in all your social media profiles.

7. PROVIDE AMAZING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Offering the best products and services and doing right by your customers is the best way to stand out from competitors and get more Google reviews.

By providing quality, good reviews will come trickling in organically if your Google My Business Profile is Optimized.

If you wish to learn more on how to optimize and use your GMB profile, read more here.

BONUS TIPS: additional ways to get more reviews on Google.

The first thing I’d like to say is I do not recommend or endorse these strategies. They go against Google Guidelines.

  1. Incentivize Your Customers to Leave Review
Give them a deal or discount or return offer if they write a review. Make them do the review there in person or before they pay and earn that offer.
  2. Ask Friends & Family
Send the review link to friends and family who know about your business or brand. They will happily write a review.
  3. Pay for Reviews
You can pay someone online or even various service providers or freelancers to write you reviews using new accounts they create simply to get paid to write reviews. This goes against guidelines and I don’t recommend or promote this but I know that some companies have done it successfully. I do not support this. Paying for reviews can easily backfire, and result in a GMB profile suspension. Other risks involve being perceived as a fraud and losing customer loyalty.

Google Reviews Strategy -- RECAP

Having plenty of good reviews can tip the scale for a business to rank higher and attract more customers.

You need to get more Google Reviews if you want to get calls, website traffic, store visitors, and gain trust.

Positive reviews are what ultimately sway a customer’s decision to buy or not from a source, according to Science Daily and other studies:

“It’s the text of the top reviews that made a difference,” Yin said. “This swaying effect only happened for the text reviews. Without text, people are not swayed. It’s the concrete details that are driving this impact.”

Yin explained that the research is not saying that average ratings don’t matter. If a product has a low average rating, consumers will not consider the product, much less read the product reviews.

But in the cases where buyers are comparing different products and reading their reviews, a few top reviews can easily sway their purchase decisions.”

In summary, all businesses need reviews. Google Reviews will improve your Local SEO, increase Call to Actions CTRs, help your business outrank its competitors to establish trust.

Use Keywords in Google Review Responses to Increase Local SEO

Today you will learn why you should use keywords in Google Review Responses to increase Local SEO!

Welcome to another Momentum Monday Marketing blog! Today we’re going to teach you How to Use Keywords in Google Review Responses to Increase Local SEO. This blog and video outline why you should respond to review using keywords and why it’s important.

What are Google My Business Reviews?

So if you’ve read my other blogs or watched my videos then you’ve probably noticed I talk about Google My Business a lot. Why is that? Well, it’s a free and amazing marketing resource for small business owners. It takes 30 minutes to setup and complete.

Here’s another article and video talking about optimizing google my business. To setup your GMB you’ll need to create a GMB account at business.google.com. They will mail you a postcard to verify the account and addresss. From there make suree to spend the next few days adding as much information as possible before you start marketing the account and collecting Google reviews.

  • Name, Address, Phone Number (NAP)
  • Categories and description
  • Hours, Special hours, opening date, amenities, etc
  • Products and Services
  • Logos, Pictures, Banner, Video, and 360 Google Tour

Once you’ve fully setup and built out your account then you need to think about marketing it and getting more exposure. These things really help get you more traffic and exposure, but I think reviews statistically help more than anything.

  • Add pictures, posts, products and service
  • Add citations, directories and backlinks
  • Add NAP and G Maps on your website
  • Start getting 5-star Google reviews

Getting reviews is the hard part that you shouldnt cheat or game. Here is a video and article I wrote about getting 5-star reviews on Google for free. This covers 5 steps and strategies to get good reviews. You can also get reviews on Yelp, Facebook, Bing, and more …. but Google is definitely most important.

  • Ask every customer
  • Offer incentives
  • Add links to your emails
  • Add links in follow up checkouts or receipts
  • Provide great work or services

Once you get reviews you then need to start responding to them. Let me explain….

How to Get More Google Reviews to Help Local SEO

Google reviews are massively important. Not only are legit reviews the # 1 ranking factor, they also (obviously) help potential customers make informed decisions. When buyers see a small or local business with tons of good reviews they then tend to trust the accuracy and credibility of that business more —- And honestly, it’s been the key driver of my successful 7-figure retail company, Phone Repair Philly.

Momentum has almost 100 5-star reviews on Google, but we have been around 6 years, and so has PRP. My shops have 4 locations and roughly 2000 5-star reviews. So how did we get more reviews? Simple, but not easy. We asked EVERY SINGLE Customer for at least the first year to leave us a 5-star review. This is hard to remember and implement but easy to understand. After every repair we might have asked about their experience and if they were happy to write a nice review and we’d throw in a screen protector ;).

So make sure to provide great products or services and go out of your way to follow up with customers asking for feedback and explain to them how it will really help your business grow!

Now what about responding to Google Reviews?

This might seem weird, or maybe it makes perfect sense …. but YOU MUST respond to every customer that wrong you a review on Google (or anywhere really). No matter if the review was good or bad, you should respond to the person acknowledging their experience and offer them a kind response.

For good reviews you should really thank them for their patronage and for leaving you a review, and maybe mention something you remember about their experience.

For BAD reviews I’d suggest acknowledging their experience and apologizing they had a bad experience. Maybe ask how you can make it better or improve what you’re business could be doing instead. Never get rude or defensive or respond negatively.

google reviews for seo
Responding to Google Reviews using SEO Friendly keywords

Last but not least … when responding to reviews, Use Keywords in Google Review Responses to help increase your SEO efforts. When you use keyword contextual content in the review OR the review response, Google will pick up on it.

Google is essentially using bots to check keywords on all pages and content to see what people are saying and writing about you. If Google notices customers are making review statements about certain products or services then it must be important enough to have stood out, so they will show other potential customers maybe looking for the same or similar experience.

Google simply wants to know who you are, what you offer, and how you can help and relate to what customers are looking for online.

For example, when I get a customer review for Phone Repair Philly about a Samsung Galaxy screen repair, then I need to acknowledge and respond to that specific mention. Then Google will pick up on what the customer said and also the same keywords and more SEO-friendly keywords in my response.

Take a look at this and try to replicate me in your next review responses!

Customer: “Great phone repair s20”

My response: “Thanks for fixing your Samsung S20 with Phone Repair Philly Temple”

I even included our business name and location in the response. Check the screenshots to the right or below.

Having been in marketing and SEO for nearly 10 years (2011-2021) I’d say that UberSuggest is probably a Top 5 SEO Tool that I’ve used. I like it for a few reasons I’ll explain below.

But first, let me explain Neil Patel and why I trust him. This man is a legend. He is a business owner, entrepreneur and marketing guru. I’ve seen him speak in-person twice now at Digital Summit in NYC and Hubspot Inbound in Boston. He is clever, witty, strategic, business-minded, and caring.

He created UberSuggest to creating a SaaS business that makes him tons of recurring money using a software he built.  Here are the main tools about the platform I like the most.

  • Domain Overview and dashboard
    • Allows a sky view at your website domain and the issues it’s facing.
    • See your domain authority, traffic estimates, organic keywords, etc
    • This is great to use and preview to get a snapshot of your website and SEO performance.

How to use UberSuggest

Okay. So how do you use the UberSuggest platform?

Well, start by downloading the Google Chrome Extension. From there you can use that tool on-the-fly to audit and analyze the websites and domains you own or your competitors own. This gives a quick preview snapshot that can open up into the full software itself.

From there you should create an account. I’d suggest using your Google account to login. From there you can create sample projects. Start with your website. Input that domain and get aa quick analysis and overview.

After inputting your domain you can also setup keyword tracking. You can track and check rankings by adding various keywords. The platform will give you recommendations as well as tracking results. You can track on the local level as well geographically.

I’d also suggest reviewing your competitors. Add 3+ website of your competition to get a preview and understanding of their traffic, rankings and strategy. Simply input their domains and see what keywords they are outranking you for on Google.

Lastly, I’d suggest utilizing the suggestions and explorer tools. Find out what pages rank well vs not. Find out what keywords to focus on and what content and pages you need to create.

There’s tons of amazing features about this platform. The best parts I think are the chrome extension, the Freemium model, and how doesn’t expensively lock you into a long term ridiculous monthly contract.
